We know that waiting for your custom guitar can be difficult, and we’ve listened to your feedback. Improving the customer experience is our top priority, so we’re taking steps to ensure we meet your expectations. To that end, we’ve already begun production on the GX1 Hellcat. This proactive approach will help us speed up the timeline—something we’ve struggled with in the past.
 
With only 25 units available, this is a limited run, and by starting production early, we’re demonstrating our commitment to ship your guitar as quickly as possible, with the goal of shipping all guitars within 6 months of ordering—our most aggressive milestone to date.

Shipping will be done on a first-come, first-served basis, with guitars being shipped as they are completed. We expect the first few orders to ship by the end of 2024 or early 2025.
