First 25 guitars ordered: Est. completion and delivery in approx. 90 days
Orders 26-50: Est. completion and delivery in approx. 120 days

Given the variety of this run (4 graphic options and 4 solid options), we are capping this run at exactly 100 units. While we can't predict which specific guitars will be more popular, it's not fair for us to cap by design, so we're capping the run at 100 total guitars.
 
We know that waiting for your custom guitar can be difficult, and we've listened to your feedback. Improving the customer experience is our top priority, so we're taking steps to ensure we meet your expectations. To that end, we've already begun production on the GX1-Pro. This proactive approach will help us speed up the timeline—something we've struggled with in the past.
 
With only 100 units available, this is a limited run, and by starting production early, we're demonstrating our commitment to ship your guitar as quickly as possible. Shipping will be done on a first-come, first-served basis, with guitars being shipped as they are completed.
 
*Please note : Refund requests for full payment orders that haven't shipped will be subject to a 10% hold-back to cover nonrecoverable transaction fees. Additionally, any deposit order cancellation requests are also subject to a 10% withholding to cover non recoverable transaction fees.
