Great pickups are the engines of great electric guitars. Instead of choosing something off the shelf, BGC custom-spec’d the BGC M pickup line especially for the GX1. A limited-run, painstakingly developed electric guitar deserves an equally special set of pickups. When devising the GX1, Badlands Guitar Company was determined to go beyond simply installing a run-of-the-mill, off-the-shelf pickup set and calling it a day. The GX1 presented an opportunity to really dive into the range and power of the '80s hard rock sound, and the BGC pickups are produced with a commitment to honor that sound.

All new BGC pickups are guaranteed to be free from defects and perform properly. If you suspect your BGC pickups are defective please contact us immediately to discuss next steps. We'll make it right!
With the exception of manufacturing defects, all BGC pickup sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds of any type, whether installed in an instrument or not. BGC is not responsible for damage caused through mishandling, regular wear and tear, installation not facilitated by BGC or any modification or alteration of BGC pickups. Any such actions will void the warranty.
Any custom pickup winds, designs, or configurations requested by the customer are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Like our guitars, all BGC pickups are built to order. If you need to cancel your BGC pickup order before it's been shipped to you your payment will be refunded less a 10% processing fee. Once a pickup order has been shipped it is no longer eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturer's defect present.
BGC pickups installed as original equipment (for example, in a BGC instrument) are covered by the instrument's warranty policy.
