• Since Badlands Guitar Company® is registered in New Jersey, sales tax will be collected for purchases shipping to New Jersey at the current rate (calculated at checkout).

Taxes & Duties: International orders are subject to import taxes and duty fees based on your destination country. With the current political climate, tariffs can be unpredictable, so we encourage you to research your country's current rates ahead of time.

Please note: When we provide your quote, we pre-pay all taxes and duties on your behalf, so your "at the door" cost is fully predictable with nothing owed upon delivery. Based on actual past shipments, shipping typically runs upward of $250 USD and duties/taxes range from $800 to $1,000. We pass these costs directly to you at no markup and include a UPS shipping screenshot with every quote so you can see exactly what we're paying.

Customs Declaration: We declare the full purchase price on all shipments and never mark orders as gifts. This is required to ensure complete insurance coverage and protect your instrument in the event of any issue during transit.

Customs Delays: Shipments may be delayed due to customs inspection, which is outside our control.

Shipping Brokers: Many international customers use independent shipping brokers to reduce costs and manage logistics. If this is something you'd like to explore, you would arrange and retain a broker independently.

Unlike previous Badlands runs, we now own and operate our own manufacturing facility, which gives us far greater control over production timelines and capacity. We're expecting this run to yield roughly 100 to 125 instruments, but we're not setting a hard cap at launch.

Orders will remain open until we close the run. At that point, the total number of guitars sold during this window becomes the final, permanent count for this limited edition. 

Guitars will ship in the order they are placed, with early orders beginning to ship in as little as 45 to 60 days and an estimated completion window of up to 6 months for the full run (barring any unforeseen delays).

We've already begun production on this run. Getting ahead of orders is something we've committed to, and owning our own shop is what makes that possible now.
